I saw someone wearing this design the other day, they paid £31.50 (if I remember correctly) for it!! C-R-AAAAAAZZZZZY, here's my Union Jack Nail Art Tutorial - which pretty much costs you nothing! Don't have a nail brush? Not to worry! First time I did this look I used paint, well nail paint but same thing! You could also use cotton buds etc to apply the colour.
